when we went there all of the playground was ugly and my son would run to activities where men were playing

Cute local playground that has everything you are looking for out of a city based open space. Plenty of equipment for little and big kids alike. Easy to walk to and you can see other local families there playing with their little ones.

My son and his friends play here daily. I really wish the city did more to upkeep. There are so many problems with this park I can't list them all. Update: 2/25/26 The snow has not been cleared from the playground once this winter. People are just using it as a dog park. Update: the playground is completely over run with Rats. Piles of garbage are just left on the sidewalk. Homeless men drink to excess, then piss and defecate themselves with total disregard for anyone around them. The playground equipment is at least 20 years old, and the soft padding is falling apart. If there was a vote for the worst park in the city this place would win.
